In this 60-minute Twerkshop, we will engage anywhere from booty shaking, body rolls, pelvic floor work, booty and cheek isolation as well as hair whips and dropping it low. Come have fun, work up a good sweat, dance to the hottest twerk music and be surrounded by high energy! Bring Your Twerk Buddies!!!
